I LOVE this cage! We recently upgraded to this cage and our guinea pigs just LOVES it! She pops all over the place, goes up and down the ramp and snuggles up in her cafe. I did have some questions while assembling the cage so I sent a message to the contact email. I was pleasantly surprised that I received help within minutes! It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy, provides so much room for our guinea pig and is much easier to keep clean. I love all the instructions I received as well as helpful information about guinea pigs. This cage is designed with guinea pig health and well being in mind and is worth every penny!

Everything came as expected. I got it put together using the instructions online. I don't have my guinea pigs yet so haven't got to test it out but I like everything so far!
