Large 2x4 Grid C&C Guinea Pig Cage

I adopted my girls and they came from deplorable conditions. After they settled in at my home, I decided they needed the fancy home they deserve. I opted for Cagetopia and would HIGHLY recommend! I call it their “California Condo” and they couldn’t be happier! Incredible product, easy to assemble, super fast shipping time!

I got the cage super quickly. It is perfect for my future guinea pigs. The cage is super spacious and the build instructions are really easy to understand. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying from this company.

Superior quality, and absolutely fantastic customer service. I've purchased several C&C habitats from different distributors and manufacturers throughout the years, and can attest to Cagetopia's being the best of them all. A slight holiday glitch in delivery times (a UPS malfunction, not Cagetopia) was quickly looked into and resolved within a matter of hours. Teresa herself actually answered my call. A real human! This 2x4 is the minimum size for two piggies. These are well made and easy to assemble. You can easily add lofts, lounges and bistros which I always do to make them even nicer.

Arrived fast, and such good quality for first time guinea pig parents.

We love these GP enclosures. This was an add on to a similar sized setup. The boys LOVE the space and the cleanup is easy. The shipping was quick as was the assembly.

It was very simple to go through the process of ordering the cage. The terms and service were easy to follow when I got the cage. It took less time than I thought it would. Everything comes in, and I was able to set it up that day, my piggies love to run around and their new cage.

I love these cages and even more how fast they ship. So far I love this company.

Thanks for the kind review and feedback. The zip-tie trade off is that we try to keep the zip ties low profile so that they don't take away from the aesthetic of the cage while still providing structural strength. Will look at future options. Thanks!

The grids, connectors, and base are of great quality and very sturdy. Super easy to assemble.

I do wish that the coroplast base walls were lower/shorter. At 6 inches, it is a little hard to see the pigs when the cage is on a table. If the cage is on the floor, then 6 inches is great. It would be great if 3 inch walls were offered as an option.

Thank you for the kind review. At 3", the majority pigs will chew the coro edges as that puts the walls right at prime chewing height and there will be more mess and kickout and urine spray hitting the walls and floor. The other reason we go with 6" walls is that guinea pigs are prey animals and feel more comfortable with walls, rather than living in open spaces, so it's for their pyschological well-being, too. But that said, given the nature of coro, it's also pretty easy to make a score and/or a cut to cut down or fold down your wall if you prefer. I'll create a blog post soon about how to do that.

The 2nd green color is amazing, the cage came in less than a week, was amazingly easy to assemble, and my pigs love it so far! Such an upgrade from my old cage <3

I’m going to be honest and say it takes some time and thought to put together but it’s not impossible. It’s just different because I’ve never put together anything like this. But our finished product is amazing and the piggies love the extra room! The instructions are spot on so definitely follow what they recommend. The shipping was easy, we received product in 2 days. I would recommend this company and plan to order from them again in the future.

We recently upgraded our guinea pigs' living space, and the difference is night and day. Previously, their cage was on the floor, pieced together with playpens, blankets, and newspaper because finding Coroplast was such a challenge. While it worked, it wasn’t ideal. Now, with their new setup, our guinea pigs couldn’t be happier! The cage is not only spacious but also so much easier to maintain and keep tidy. Our three-year-old guinea pig is more active than ever, darting around and popcorning like crazy—it’s such a joy to see. The quality and value of this cage are outstanding, and the shipping was impressively fast. It’s been a fantastic experience all around!

Recently I got a pair of baby piggies after about 5 years when my last one passed. I had them in her old cage, which I also got from this site it was just a smaller size. But I knew if I was going to keep a pair they would need more space so I got this one.

The cages are so easy to put together. The grids can be frustrating, but that’s more of a me problem and not so much a reflection on the quality of the product. They are sturdy and secure. The coroplast bases are easy to clean, too! I got mine in the “dusty rose” shade and it’s a really pretty shade of light pink. I think the girls really like it! They’re still settling in (I’ve only had them for about a week and a half), but I know they’ll appreciate that little bit of extra space.

I can’t really say enough good things about the service - shipping is fast, they’re so open if you have any issues, and they even sent me a coupon for the sister website for fleece! I’ll definitely be using it in the future. All in all, I’m more than satisfied with my purchase.
