Cavy Bistro Dimensions
- Interior dimensions: 26" x 20.5" x 4.5" walls.
- Front wall: 2.5" height with black or white edgers to prevent chewing.
SIZING & Fitting FLEECE
The Cavy BISTRO is great for 3 adult guinea pigs and can go up to 4. The Bistro is larger to accommodate the Medium-sized C&C Cage because the Medium size is nonstandard using an overlapping grid to create a 2x3.5 Grids cage. The Bistro takes up 1½ grid lengths. Therefore, a Medium cage with a Cavy Bistro only needs a set of 2 Fleece Flippers instead of a set of 3½ Flippers to cover the Coroplast base (or a 2x2 grid-sized liner rather than 2½). If you order the regular Cavy Cafe-sized kitchen for a Medium cage, then you'd need a set of 2½ Fleece Flippers. With Fleece Flippers, it's better to stick with interchangeable, standard sizes hence the Cavy Bistro was created.
HOWEVER, if you get a Bistro in any other cage size (Small, Large, XL or Jumbo) AND you want Fleece Flippers, you'll need to get a Half Flipper in addition to the regular ones to have full coverage.
The Cavy Bistro will NOT fit in any loft.
